| Divert on Busy or Ring Tone No Reply. Scenario A - Divert on Busy. Calls are made to your NGN (Non Geographic Number, 0800,0845,0870,0871) and the call is presented to your own Geographic Number (e.g. 01234 567890) by our network. However your number is engaged! The call is then re-presented to another number of your choice. Scenario B - Divert on Ring Tone No Reply. Calls are made to your NGN (Non Geographic Number, 0800,0845,0870,0871) and the call is presented to your own Geographic Number (e.g. 01234 567890) by our network. However you do not answer for a predefined time (e.g. 5 rings or 15 seconds)! The call is then re-presented to another number of your choice. |
