Calls are made to your NGN (Non Geographic Number, 0800,0845,0870,0871) and the call is presented by our network to your own Geographic Number (e.g. 01234 567890) as defined by the time and Date of the call.

You can have up to 15 different options for handling the incoming call, for example;
A M-F 9:00-17:30 Calls route to 01234 567890
B Sat 10:00-16:00 Calls route to 01234 566778
C Sun 10:00-14:00 Calls route to 01234 098765
D December 25th Calls route to recorded message box A (christmas!)
E All other times Calls route through to out of hours message
